Our Founders
We’re just two brothers who grew up loving the game, competing hard, and now chasing something even greater. As former college basketball players, that competitive drive is still in us—just now it’s shaped by our faith. Ryan serves as a pastor, author, and speaker, while Drew is a basketball coach and trainer, investing in the next generation of athletes. At the core of it all, we’re both passionate about following Jesus and helping others pursue God, people, and purpose—in sports, in leadership, and in everyday life.

Drew is a basketball coach and trainer who’s passionate about developing athletes both on and off the court. He’s committed to building skill, mindset, and character while helping the next generation pursue purpose through the game.
